Des tons orangés qui rappellent la robe de cette bière blonde de style rye saison, au caractère épicé. Elle offre un nez plein de céréales et de banane. C’est le style saison qui veut ça.
On a twisté la recette traditionnelle car on a ajouté du malt de seigle. Ça donne un caractère épicé et surprenant, on parle alors de Rye Saison (Rye = Seigle en anglais). Le côté épicé est soutenu par les houblons Glacier et East Kent Golding.

Old rating - A 330ml bottle from Dunnell's in Jersey. Pours hazy amber with a white head. Aromas & tastes of citrus, banana, cereal, grains & rye malt. Medium body. Mild finish. Enjoyable.

Bottle from Beerwulf. Aroma is sweetish pale malt, yeast, ripe banana, clove, touch of rye. Pretty sweet flavour for a Saison, medium body. Overall too sweet for my taste, I like my Saison dry.

Licht troebel donkergeel bier met schuim. Smaak is zoet, kruidig en licht bitter met iets van brood, gras en wat bloemen. Erf fijn bier.

33cl bottle from Beerwulf webshop. F: medium, white, average retention. C: deep gold, hazy. A: sweet malty, spicy, orange peels, yeasty, mellow fruity, dough. T: medium malty base, fruity, bit yeasty, bit spicy, peach, bit caramel, medium carbonation, not much for the style as I like it more on the sweet side but not bad beer at least.

Appearance is amber, with a 2-3 finger white head. Aroma- wheat, malt, banana, clove hints, lemon puff. Taste- creamy malt, citrus hints, banana, orange, yeasty fluffy malt. Slightly fruity finish.
