Not a bad a doppelbock, for this brewery, this one is good, if I compare with others beers from this brewery, wonderful copper body, 03.03.2018, buying it at the coop, supermarket, Domodossola, tasting this beer with a good favada asturiana

0.33 bottle. Pours clear copper colour, no head. Pretty one dimensional, way too sweet beer with no further, definite characters. Meh.

Bottiglia. Il naso trova indizi di orzo tostato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il manto birroso resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro non è invasivo. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sulla lingua si attestano si fermano impressioni di caramello, miele, frutta secca, pane tostato e agrumi.

Bottle from Kisjes Slijterijen, Meppel. Typical Dunkler Bock aroma of sweet malt, caramel and raisins. Flavour is medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied. Very ordinary sweetish Bock.
