Flaske 0,5l på Vertshuset Skarven 28 Apr 13 som Sundvollen Porter. Beksvart. Høyt, litt farget skum som varer lenge. Litt lacing. Behagelig kaffearoma. Smaken lakris & tørr sjokolade. Blir veldig tørr etter hvert.

Bottle shared by Dohny. Aroma rauch, coffee, prune. Very dark brown colour. Taste has pronounced dark grains. Strong chocolate malt and roasted barley. Rauch is discernible. Warming alcohol present, but not disturbing. Light prune. Tannins are clearly present, but again not disturbing. Finish is dry, dark malty. It took me a while, but eventually I realised this is how I would expect a beer to taste if I entered a time machine and went 300 years back. Stellar.

Botella de 50 cl en Cimeria 08-01-14. Color negro con espuma beige bastante persistente. Aromas maltosos quemados y algo de cacao. Cuerpo medio bastante cremoso. Sabores bastante maltosos ligero toque hervaceo, cacao y ligero regusto final a quemado muy interesante. Bastante buena y con gran sabor para los 6.5 vol que tiene. No me esperaba tanto.
