Cask @ Cafe Beermoth, Manchester. Golden coloured with a creamy head. Hopped, with a fruity bubble-gum sweetness. Fairly easy-drinking.

3rd November 2015
Lightly hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is dry and mildly crisp. Thin pale malts, dry and not sweet. Touch of apple. Dry bitter orange and a little lemon. Pithy bitter dry finish. Mild to medium bitter linger. Dry and bitter and not very clean feeling. I don’t think I know very much about this new hop after this disappointing beer.

Bottle. Mr. Pickles, Sheffield. Dark straw colour, with a light haze. Thick, fairly dense, white head. Good retention. Nose has creamy malts. Lemon rind. Notes of nettle leaf. Taste is medium dry, with a crisp, zingy bitterness. A little bready sweetness. Clean palate. Crisp fizz. Finish is bright, zingy bitter. Big flavours at the ABV. Good one.
