2010 vintage bottle thanks to Leighton. It pours clear deep gold with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, earthy, sweet apple pie, a bit sugary, some barnyard funk and white sugar. The taste is crisp, light tartness, apple skin, wood, tannins, white grape skin, alcohol hit with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Perhaps a touch sweet, but ok.

Bottle shared at the Watford tasting, many thanks to Leighton for this one. A dark golden orange coloured pour with a fading white head. Aroma is funky dry apple, plasrtic, woody, hint of parmesan. Flavour is composed of crisp woody apple, dry, hint of plastic , drying wood. Palate is crisp, tangy, pithy, highish carbonation. Interesting

Bottle shared in Watford - picked up at Kris Wines. Vintage 2010. Pours clear honey-gold with a slight white fizz head. Ripening apples in the nose, some funky notes, apple skin, faint peach. Light-medium sweet flavour, really dry, with bitter apple skins, grass, red apple. Medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Bone dry to finish, with further apple peel bitterness, ligh alcohol warmth. Great stuff.

Bottle from the Bristol Cider Shop. Deep gold in colour with decent fizz. An easy drinking cider for the ABV, with plenty of apple juice and a dryish finish. Good.

Bottled@The Chriso Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011 "Donkey Dork Lord Edition". Big time gusher warning on this one. Golden colour, small head. Aroma is apples, toffee, fruits, earth and some mild spices. Flavour is much the same, but in a very pleasant balance.

Bottle at Jan & Charlotte’s tasting, Ulfborg, Denmark 09.04.11 cheers Jan & Charlotte Pours gold, this has got a great appley juiciness but also with a steady sweetness running through, before it starts to run dry. Bottle 660ml. @ UK-SCO Tasting in Ulfborg.ABV: 7.5%. Clear light to medium yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, horse blanket, apple peel. Flavor is light light heavy sweet and light moderate acidic with a long duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110409]
