500ml bottle. Pours slightly hazy pinky gold with medium carbonation. Aroma is dry apples and tannins. Taste dry apple juice to start. Tart dry tannin finish.

Bottle from Appellation Wines, Comely Bank. Pours clear golden with no head. Stewed apple aromas, light booze note and faint spice. Taste is more of the same. Clean finish.

Bottle from Appellation Wines Comely Bank. Appearance - golden with steady bubbles. Nose - sweet, stewed apples. Taste - rich stewed apples again. Light apple skin tail-off. Palate - medium bodied with a tangy texture through the middle and finish. Overall - good stuff.

van fles @The Amsterdam Beerfair 2016, 500ml, 7/5%, gouden met simpele witte kraag,aroma en smaken van appels, sprankelend, net als de court royal proeft deze alsof het allemaal van één appelsoort komt, mist wat complexiteit, hout, zoet, zure appels, gaat.

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour, foam white head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, oaky vanilla, funk. Taste is tangy sour apple, bittersweet with vanilla, oak, woody, leather barnyard notes and some dry tannin. Medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, dry tangy finish. Very drinkable.
