In 2014, Damm set up a project with Prades town council, Friends of Prades Mountains Association and Prades Cooperative to study the feasibility of producing mediterranean hops. The climate and the type of terrain are very similar to the world's most important hop producing regions. August 2017 saw our first harvest. COMPLOT is our first MEDITERRANEAN IPA. A complex recipe, which, in addition to Nugget hops from Prades, uses 7 other hops. A very hoppy, bitter beer, with hints of fresh citrus and ripe fruit.

Bottle, 6.6%. Good hop aroma, light caramel. Hazy dark golden colour. Unstable frothy white head. The flavour is quite bitter, but also clean. Not as much hop note in the flavour as in the aroma.

Żywiczne, łodygowe, żółte owoce typu nektarynka, trochę tropików, karmelowe, trochę białych owoców. Barwa złota, opalizujące, piana redukuje się do krążka, delikatny lacing. Goryczka zaznaczona, łodygowa, toporna ale jest całkiem przyjemna. Niestety trafił się egzemplarz 2 miesiące przeterminowany ale nie jest złe. Sporo się dzieje, całkiem pijalne, jest takie oldschoolowe w stylu east coast, no myślę że potencjał jest.

Bottle in a bar in Sitges, Barcelona, 16th September 24. Pours a dark caramel colour. Aroma is caramel and citrus, resin. Taste is caramel, resin, bitter, pine, a little dry. Decent IPA

Tap at Cerverseria Santa Anna. A mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a a lasting white creamy head, aroma is semi sweet, biscuity malts, pine tips, grass, midget gems. Flavour is composed of semi sweet biscuit, mellow piney hop, grass, woody hop. Firm bitterness. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation. Decent ipa.

From notes. Smell- weak fruits, hops, malt. Foam- thin, hops, fruits, weak burned sugar and resin. Head is large, white, maybe yellow tint. Sticks. Appearance- beer-specific cap? Clear yellow amber, medium carbonation From - pint Taste - weak hops, fruits, resin, malt. Bitter tones. Not bad, interesting an away.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with a small, rough, off-white head. Caramelly nose, slightly piney hops. Medium body, some sweet caramel and a rather bitter finish. The Spanish hops seem to produce plenty of IBUs but lacking on the aroma side. 080424

330ml bottle. Poured a mostly clear light amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and a few bubbles. The aroma is grainy malt, light toffee, light orange citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a crisp, malt, light orange citrus, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish.
