In 2014, Damm set up a project with Prades town council, Friends of Prades Mountains Association and Prades Cooperative to study the feasibility of producing mediterranean hops. The climate and the type of terrain are very similar to the world's most important hop producing regions. August 2017 saw our first harvest. COMPLOT is our first MEDITERRANEAN IPA. A complex recipe, which, in addition to Nugget hops from Prades, uses 7 other hops. A very hoppy, bitter beer, with hints of fresh citrus and ripe fruit.

33 cl. bottle @ the apartment on Tenerife. Clear golden with a white head. Malty aroma with citrus and pine resin. Sweet taste with a proper bitter finish. Highly carbonated and quite nice, certainly for a Spanish macro IPA.

En vaso Willi Becher, color dorado, espuma blanca de mediana retención. Aroma donde predomina el lúpulo, notas de piña, pino, citronela... En boca sobresale igualmente el lúpulo, cuerpo medio, mayormente amarga, notas florales y herbales, final amargo y seco. Una propuesta industrial a la enorme demanda de IPAs de los nuevos aficionados a la cerveza artesana, en parte bastante lograda, agradable postgusto, bien.

2023.10.04 - Ładna piana. Już aromat (białe owoce) zapowiada goryczkową ipę. Trochę nafta. Nie spodziewałem się takiego piwka na południu.

Can from Famila Clear bright amber color, bubbly head. Hoppy smell. Flavor has a ton of bitter hops, resin, pine, spruce. Malt profile is solid, light caramelized maybe. Some juicy nots if tropical fruit. Thick body, oily texture, sticky, average carbonation, heavy feel. Long bitter finish, very bitter... Decent enough, in the range of some US ipas

Magus ja mõru, humalane, tsitrus, linnaseline, kuiv, suhkrune. 2 euro eest ok vana kooli ipa, eriti kui arvestada, et pole ilmselt liiga värske (veebruarist ilmselt pärit).
