Bottle. Color: Pale golden, very thin fast disappearing white head. Aroma: Sourish, vinuous, fruity. Taste: Moderate sour with moderate sweet notes, lightly bitter. Vinuous, notes of white wine and grapes. Medium body, average carbonation. Nice balance between sweet and sour, not as acidic sour as some other La Calavera beers. Refreshing, easy drinkable. Nice one.

37.5cl bottle, pours bright golden with white head. aroma of horse blancket, sour, acidic, 'yoghurt, straw, hay, wine, grapes, wood. Taste is fresh some sours, a bit thin, some subdued sour/acidic notes, wood, could have used a bit more body, still decent and nice. --- Beer merged from original tick of La Calavera Beyond on 20 Oct 2018 at 20:54 - Score: 7. Original review text: 37.5 bottle, straw, hay, horse blanket, white wine, grapes, wood, soft, subdued acidic notes, some sour 'yoghurt' very gentle and nice

On tap at Lambicus, Barcelona. Hazy yellow, white head. Bit yeasty, fruity, nice white wine character, bit citric, some grapes, medium sourness. Smooth and easy drinkable. Successful experiment.
