375ml bottle. Amber gold colour, thin white foam head and aroma of lemon rind, grapey, oak barrel. Taste is sour, grains, lemon rind, acidic, solventy hints, funk with woody oak barrel notes. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry sour finish. Quite drinkable

Draft. A golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, fruits, and brett. The flavor is sour with notes of brett, wood, funk, and fruits, leading to a tart finish.

Color ámbar con espuma blanquecina de duración corta. Aroma con notas a vino blanco y levadura con matices amaderados. Sabor ligeramente amargo, leve acidez, notas a madera y algo tostado. Final amargo con notas a madera.

Bottle. Color: Clear amber, very thin white head. Aroma: Wine, sourish, malt. Taste: Medium to over medium acidic sour, yeasty notes, white wine with a bit weird slightly candy-like fruity grape notes, wood. Light bitterness. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Medium body, below average carbonation. Ok but definitely not one of the best La Calavera's.
