Two cask pints in The Three Fishes, Shrewsbury on 27th July 2020. Golden body, clean and clear, white blanket of foam on both pints. Fruity brew with a floral aroma, enjoyed my first one so much I had another!

23/2/2019. Cask at the Great British Winter Beer Festival 2019, Norwich. Pours clear golden with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma of flowers, fish, malt vinegar, spicy hops and biscuit. Medium plus sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Sweet malty finish. Improved from first impressions but aroma was not great.

Bottle from Beer Central, Sheffield. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are bread, grain, malt and hops. Bready finish.

Bottle from Beer Central, Sheffield. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate hoppy - straw and flowers. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 181018

Pint on tap at the Old Market Hall. Thick creamy white head. Hazy golden pour. Light bitterness. Easy drinking.

Cask at Old Harkers Arms. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has wet wood and straw with some leaves underlying. Flavor has biscuit with leaves and wet wood backing.

Cask gravity at Kent & East Sussex Railway BF 2016. Clear gold lasting white head. A little toffee but otherwise a standard golden ale. Bit of honey sweetness. Some grassy hop on the finish. Decent condition. Ok. Some dryness on the finish.

Bottle from Chatsworth farm shop. Golden beer with a big white head. Light malt, corn slight syrup aroma. Taste mid sweet.
