A very special spin-off version of our SUPERHERO SIDEKICKS IPA--same base, but hopped exclusively with the 2021 Pink Boots hop blend from Yakima Chief (Idaho Gem, HBC 630, Talus, Triumph & Loral). Hazy burnished gold in the glass, with notes of pink grapefruit, candied pineapple, fresh peaches and fruit punch. Balanced bitterness and a medium-dry finish. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Pink Boots Society to assist & inspire women beer professionals through education.

Can from Beer Karma, New York. Fruity and bitter with an aroma of citrus, pine, orange, bit juicy. Mild sweet, medium bitter. Body is medium. In between old and new school IPA, West Coast meets NEIPA? Anyway, it's good.

Hazy golden and copper coloured body with a thick, three to four centimetre tall pure white head that fades fairly quickly. Aroma of bright grassy and herbal hops with a lot of floral aspects, but more of a malt characteristic and a rich bite of sweetness from fruits, honey and caster sugar. Medium-bodied; Fairly rich malt notes dominate with a lot of floral, grassy and especially citrusey hop notes with some good bitterness and alpha acids, but some deeper herbal notes and a lot of sweetness permeate and finish nicely. Aftertaste shows the rich grassy, herbal and citrusey elements with some sweetness at the end and a touch of flowers near the end. Overall, a nice and fairly well-balanced beer with both a lot of bitterness from the hops with a dry sweetness and some slight fruity characteristics. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased a few minutes ago from Whole Foods in New York (Union Square), New York on 02-May-2021 for US$4,99 sampled a few minutes later on the streets of New York with my kids on 02-May-2021.
