Brewed as a paradox. We wanted to brew a beer that utilised different mashing mechanisms to create a full bodied, low abv hop bomb.

Can from Asda. Amber in colour and hazy, with a decently-sized, off-white, head. Citrus fruits, some leafy hops, rich tea malts and a moderately bitter finish. Good.

Draught (backlog). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet malts, mild salty notes as well as some nutty and mild fruity and floral elements. Flavour is quite similar, but has some slight funky and yeasty notes to it as well.

Cask (gravity) @ NWAF 2015, National Winter Ales Festival (2015), The Roundhouse, Pride Park, Derby, Derbyshire, England, DE24 8JE. [ As Atom Schrodingers Cat ].Clear medium yellow - orange amber color with a small to average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, pine, citrus, grapefruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, hoppy, pine, citrus, hops, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150211]

Cask at cloisters. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of fruit, light malt. Taste is sweet, dried fruit. Sweet finish.

Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Copper with a small head. Has a full tropical fruit nose, a touch thin in taste, but its tropical fruitiness is still very evident here.

Cask at GBBF ’15, day 3, 13/08/15. Very lightly hazed golden copper with a moderate off White cap. Nose is light fart, dark fruit notes, bread notes, bitter pang. Taste comprises biscuit, toffee, dark fruit peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so to sub par.

From cask. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity, light toasted malty. Bitter, toasted malty and light fruity. Dry, toadted and slight bitter finish.
