Brewed as a paradox. We wanted to brew a beer that utilised different mashing mechanisms to create a full bodied, low abv hop bomb.

Specs:
Malts: Pale, Melanoidin, Special B, Vienna & CaraRed
Hops: Chinook, Citra, Columbus & Mosaic

Tap East Collab Fest. Keg. Clear amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly crisp. Smooth malts, mildly sweet, some caramel. Little dried fruits. Fairly dry finish. Slips down easy enough, nothing indeterminate about that!

Keg at Tap East. Clear amber lasting beige head. Hop juice. Lots of hop over a slightly malty beer. It’s quite flowery and floral. Harsh carbonation. Good hop flavour.

Keg at Tap East - London. Pours clear copper with a creamy top. The nose holds bread, orange rind, slight pine. Light sweet flavor with mellow piney hops, bread, rindy citrus. Light bodied with average carbonation. Light resinous finish, toasty grains, more rindy citrus. Solid.

Aroma is cirrus, tropical fruit, red berry, light tobacco, mango and passion, fruu hop. Flavour is composed of light nutty Malta, light grains, floral, pollen, light passion fruit and citrus lemon. Palate is light, bite. Nice sort of session red. gassy, carbonic acid bite, decent.

Flavours were malts, fruitiness, sweetness, molasses and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. A nice malty and hoppy pale ale.

Draught @ Pikkulintu. Aroma has resin, minerals, toffee and woody notes. Flavour is unusual with grapefruit, some resiny malt and weird plastic notes. Gets better at the middle of the glass. Rather rich for this ABV - and not your typical bitter.
