Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is mild tart fruity tones with some wood and mild Riesling like tones. Flavour is tart wood, some slight sourness, mild herbs, earth and some funk to it. Long wooden somewhat dry palate and aftertaste.

Propper glassware, low carbonation, citrus, pineapple, wood, some soft vinous astringent sour flavors, sweet notes, decent

Pale blond with light haze and no head. Aroma and flavour have dusty old wood and overripe fruits. Initial sweetness is wiped out by a tingling, citric acidic finish.

Hazy yellow colour, not much head. Funky lambic-like but fruity aroma, some wood. Medium-bodied. Some sourness, wineous, fruityness, a bit funky flavour. Base beer is probably quite simple but nicely done barrel ageing. Suprise from the brewery which I have never heard of.

Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, no head. Aroma: Sourish, fruity, vinuous. Taste: Moderate to medium sour and moderate to medium sweet flavours alternating. Starting with some tart notes, which are gone when the beer is standing a little longer. Fruity, grape skins, white wine. Light bitterness at finish. Medium body. Very low carbonation, if any. Typical La Calavera. Nice one.
