3 Fonteinen Framboos is the result of macerating hand-picked whole raspberries on young lambic for at least four months, in a proportion of one kilogram of fruit per litre of lambic. The raspberry lambic is then blended again with more young lambic to obtain a minimum intensity of 35% fruit, and is bottled immediately afterwards. These bottles are then stored in our cellars for at least five months so that the raspberry lambic can develop into a beautiful, traditional, and refined Framboos. With an abundant forest fruit nose as it warms in the glass, 3 Fonteinen Framboos will age perfectly but may lose some of the vibrant colours and forest fruit aromas. This unfiltered and unpasteurised lambic is all-natural with no artifcial juices, syrups, or sugars added. Traditional Lambic is living, cultural heritage rooted in the Zenne valley!

red brow wth a fast dissapearing white head
red fruits, leather and wood in the aroma, faint cheese, faint fruit stone. not the cleanest framboos aroma i've had.
flavor is tart and sour lambic with a great fruity note to it, that accentuates the sourness but never makes it too fruity or too sweet. palata has some sort of grainy fel to it, or smal bubbles feel. flavor also have faint leather, faint to moderate wood. end is relatively short and leathery. the fruits and the sour notes balance perfectly and combine really well.
i am a tiny bit disappointed but only because i had huge expectations. this is a super solid framboos that aged reasonably well, but maybe it's time - or who knows maybe it's better in 5 years.
very tasty and refreshing. this bottle won't last half an hour.

Cloudy red brown beer, practically no head. Aroma: ooooh, nice, lots of raspberry jam, funky, lovely, very intense. MF: soft to no carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity, lots of raspberries, lemony, clean acidity, super fruity, very nice! Aftertaste: lemony, slightly metallic, bitter touch, lots of raspberries, nice stuff!

Bottled 14/05/19. Nice pop, quite a lot of carbonation when drinking. Ruby colour, smell of raspberries and wood. Taste is nicely tart, not too sour, with plenty of wood and funk. A lot of raspberry as well, of course. Refreshing, light and intense.

Troszke malo intensywnie, spora kwasnosc i zaskok: nieco oborowa dzikosc. Niby klasa ale jakos tak kurde bywalo lepiej w blendzie.
