West Coast Double IPA
This beer is our story about modern West Coast Double IPA.?. We took classic malt base and added honey malts instead of caramel. As a result - super soft mouthfeel for 8% and beautiful colour with creamy foam head.? Next, hops (Simcoe, Citra, Enigma, Chinook and Nelson Sauvin) - mix of old and new school flavour bring together ripe tropical fruit and pine aroma in nose.

Can ordered from Hoptimism, drunk at home. Light to mid-gold, clear with a tiny uneven layer of white head and some visible carbonation. Light aroma, some pine, light tropical fruit, rubbing alcohol. Pleasant bittersweet taste with an astringent bitterness in the finish. It's pretty intense and enjlyable enough but perhaps a little bit too lacking in character to mix with the top DIPAs.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, citrus fruits, spices, pine needles, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, citrus fruits, hops, and pine needles, leading to a bitter finish.
