Very sessionable 5.5% hazy DDH Pale with a well-rounded body and smooth carbonation. Highly hopped with 2 big US hops, Mosaic and Equanot, provide a complex aroma and flavour. In our year of recipe development on our pilot kit, this DDH Pale Ale was a smash hit!

13/3/2021. Can shared at the Ben Burrows memorial virtual bottle share. From CentrAle, Newcastle. Pours hazy/cloudy pale gold with a huge frothy white head. Aroma of bitter orange, stone fruits, citrus, dank hops, pine and herbs. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Enjoyable.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Trembling Madness online. Pours cloudy gold with a frothy, white head. Not bad but has a bit of flinty minerality that detracts a bit. Has some tangerine, orange rind, papaya, a little pine. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. A little raw hop throat burn in the finish, more citrus rind. Not bad.
