Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Cambridge Wines. Pours murky orange-gold with a frothy, eggshell head. Lightly sweet, quite grainy, with kites of lemon peel, pine needles, biscuits, cedar. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Further grainy pale malts to finish, rindy bitterness, lightly faded pine needles. I wander if the beers is a little past it’s prime. So so overall.

Keg at Fell Bar, Penrith. Hazy yellow-amber with a thick white head. Tropical notes, lemon, a touch of pine. Sweetish with a moderate bitterness. Fine but forgettable - there are thousands more like this out there and this has nothing to make it stand out.

Panda thanks to SHIG, at the should have been at Pig's Ear tasting, Watford 04/12/20. Lightly hazed golden orange with an off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is orange zest, grass, light pine, melon. Taste comprises orange squash, soft malts, melon, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Decent enough session imbiber.

440ml can – Pours a hazy yellow gold colour with an average sized mostly lasting foamy near white head. Aroma is fruity and hoppy, pineapple, mango, citrus and light sweet grassiness. A moderately sweet and bitter taste; smooth in the mouth; juicy fruit and grainy flavors, tropical and citrus with medium dry bitter finish.

Shig panda at not a tasting. 4/12/2020. A dark gold coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, honey, straw, piney, grass, green citrus. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, fine carbonation. Little grassy finish. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, earthy grains, pine. Liquorice orange rind, sap. Woody.. Decent.

Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Slight earthy finish. Nicely done.
