Several apple varieties were used (Renette sp., Boskoop, Cox Orange). All are individual fermented at 16C and afterwards blended to form Mr. Apple Ice Wine. The blend is stired 6 months in stainless steel lager tanks. Serve at 6-8C.

Pours clear, pale blonde. Smell is full, apple, juicy, sweet. Taste is full, sweet, intense. Sweetness is unique, like a candy sweetness rather than the typical sweetness found in Ice cider. must admit i like it a lot though.
