Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy blonde with white head. Mild apple notes, light whiskey smoke, hint of vanilla yogurt. Interestingly nice blend, quite mild.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle smoky whiskey upfront, with a touch of vanilla and lactose. Flavour is full of lacto upfront, with subtle undertones, and some vanilla. The smoke is nicely situated, with a yogurty mouthfeel. Really solid.

Cloudy yellow gold with a small white head. Soured grapefruit and raw wood. Soured woody and fruity notes. Tropical and pleasant.

Pale straw, bright. Big barrel nose, whiskey is evident. Interesting to see it's a local one, as I'm not familiar at all with that whiskey. Lots of wood and sweet grain, though. The light sour is bright and vibrant, and the interplay between these two characters is more cohesive than I would have expected.

Smells of weak yeast and caramel, has cloudy yellow body with minor foam. Flavour is heavy yeast and citrus with some wood barrel vanilla notes. Mouthfeel is still crisp and full though really should be more so. It's decent enough nonetheless.
