Due to popular demand our hop forward, pale ale is back. Packed full of juicy hop flavour to spring you out of the winter blues. We've added hops in every step of the brewing process to maximise the tropical, fruity punch of our hop selection. A freshening clean, dry finish completes our springtime beer.

Cask at Shrewsbury Hotel, Shrewsbury. Pours a hazy golden straw with a small scummy off-white head. Thereโs floral hops and malts in the aroma. In the mouth it is quite sweet, tangy and zesty. Flavours are mainly floral hops and tropical fruit plus some underlying malts. Hints of spice and ginger come later leading to a somewhat sweet finish. This is reasonable enough without exciting the taste buds too much.

Hand pulled half pint in Montgomery 's Tower, Shrewsbury on 31st May 2026. Gold in colour, clean, clear and bright, weak white head. Floral nose and taste, some honey sweetness. Nice enough without exciting my senses too much.

Cask up the White Lady. Pours clear yellow gold with a thick white head. Aromas of light elderflower and biscuit. Taste is more of the same. Light bitter finish.

Cask handpull at County Hotel JDW Ashford. Clear gold colour lasting white head. A typical golden ale. Some malt some drying hop flavour. Its ok. N9t very interesting but an ok golden ale.
