Coming up with new beer names is hard and what is there to say about a double dry-hopped west coast style pale ale chock-full full of Mosaic & Centennial hops from Roy Farms, and with punchy tropical top notes from Indie Hops Meridian. Rahr 2-Row, Carapils and Vienna malts provide a clean malt, with a hint of bready roast to showcase smooth bitterness and cascading hop notes that linger on the tongue.

Bright golden. Not much head. Has an overripe fruit note. Malt base is good, that allows some papaya to come out but it still carries that overripe thing a bit more than I’d prefer.

Poured from the tap. Clear-ish yellow gold with small white head. Cereal and biscuit malt with some pine and a decent amount of cardboard. Definitely getting some oxidization here, unfortunately, even a touch of diacetyl.

Tasting at Brian's, can
Cloudy golden colour. The aroma is a bit bready, grainy, but also some citrus peel from the hop. Good body strength, off-dry mouthfeel; I'm not coonvinced by the malt base, I feel as if the acidity is quite high; the hop flavour too is not great, there is some bitter citrus and some vegetable.
It's ok.

16oz on Brian's deck. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: piney, earthy, fruity. Taste: along the same lines, very bitter, a bit harsh. Overall: not bad.

473mL can, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice piney hop character, sweet cereal malts, and some biscuity notes. Flavour reveals a nice piney hop character upfront, with sweet biscuity malt and cereal notes. Nice piney hop character. Good stuff.

The aroma is dank hops, lots of vegetable and pine, candy sweetness, excellent in fact. Has a very clean clear gold body and some modest foam. Flavour is sweet hops, chewy and good pine. Mouthfeel is a little watery though and could be more oily for something like this. Still it's a very clean and drinkable pale ale.
