Keg @ Shuffledog, Leeds. Brewdog Collabfest ale 2017. It has more coffee than sugars, but a candy sweetness does develop later. There’s no sticky-sweetness in its texture and is a very easy-drinking dark ale. There’s not much in its nose, but has a fair number of hops.

Draft @ BrewDog, Malmö. Pours a dark brown color with a small off-white head. Has a roasted malty caramel and milk chocolate aroma. Roasted malty milk chocolate flavor. Has a roasted malty milk chocolate finish.

keg at the brew dog Edinburgh... Dark black.. Thin tan lacing.. Soft woody chocolate roast malts nose... Heavy dark chocolate roast malts.. Soft chocolate roast.. Little over fizzy.. Soft sweet toffee roast

Keg at Brewdog CJ. Creamy choc mocha aroma, the kind I like. Inky black. The off-white head/beige (no magnifiying glass so can't tell) head rings the rim. Initial.sweet creamy choc. Then a light sourness creeps in. Coffee berries. Light-medium bodied. Slick, with a creamy edge. A buzz of carb. Astringent finish. I like it but it could do with more personality and a curvier body. I'm a gent.

Keg at BD Camden, 24/10/17. Black with a decent tan covering. Nose is chocolate, dark fruit rinds, stewed fruits, brown bread, light spice. Taste comprises tangy fruits, lactic pinch, earthy roast, dried red berries, cocoa powder, soured fruit compote, ashen tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok .... had hoped for more ... a little too tangy.

From tap. Pours pitch black with a small off white head. Aroma is roasted malt. Toasted malty and light bitter. Breadish and caramelish to toasted malty. Dry and bitter finish.

On tap at Brewdog, Oxford, Saturday 21st October 2017 on Ritual Union day in the company of John and Geraint. Pours black with a slim light beige head. Quite sweet with softness, actually it's a bit sweet, it's a bit milky and creamy. Ok. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3

Keg at Brewdog Birmingham; dark brown pour with a bubbly tan head, aroma has sweet candied fruits, hints of yeast, taste has yeasters, some fruit, roasts finish.
