Batch 1, bottled 20 sep 2018. Clear pale gold, some unstable white head. Smell is light, fruity, tart, and definitely herbal (myrica gale). Light body, refreshing, easy. Taste is ligtly sour, some sweetness from the fruit, and subtle herbs, light mint.

Bottle. Golden color, cloudy. Honey, twigs, plums and soft herbal notes in the aroma. Fruity and sour flavor, plums, soft herbal notes, oak. Earthy. Complex. Excellent.

37.5cl. Fantastic fruity nose. The beer has an intense golden plum aroma, nice fruity sourish. Long fruity light tart sourish aftertaste. Very refreshing, sour plums with a very sour fruity ending.

Batch 01. Zoetzure matjes, fruitig, lichte funk, vrij zuur, wat eikenhout. Mist wat koolzuur. Medium complex

Cloudy beige with no head. Aroma and flavour have sour dry fink but also very herbal with gale and something with aniseed.

Bottle shared at Maakun’s. hazy golden with white head. Lovely dense sour grain, soft straw, funky cellar, mild spiced aromatic herbs, soft milkfilm lactic sour note, grainy funk, smashed white grapes, white berries, musty funky floral notes, lavender, dried hopflowers, oak wood. Garden of Ede boner in my fancy pants. Light sweet, moderate bitter and mild sour. Medium body and soft carbonation. Lovely stuff.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Hazy nice golden with small white head. Tart grains, light herbal, lactic sour, wheat, soft sweet plums, mint, grassy. Under medium sour, light sweet and very light bitter. Medium bodied. Lovely.
