Bottle from ASDA, Halifax. Amber with a small head. Hoppy lager, with not a lot of lager character. Theres a good graininess in its nose and some in taste.

Bottle. Asda. Clear gold. Thin, bubbly, off white head. Nose has damp cardboard and something like strawberry jelly. Some thinners. Taste is sweet and fusel. Oily mouthfeel. I’ll not go on. Horrific.

Tap at The Rose, Lambeth. 19/11/16. No aroma, which if nothin else is better than smelling like poo. Darm amber. Very thin white head. Slightly umami. So little going on hard to pin down anything specific in the taste. Watery, with a dry finish.

355ml bottle from B&M Stores, Reading. A golden amber pour with a tight creamy white head; interesting Saaz hop aroma straw-like with some mint and lime; silky, with a caramel malt taste and a lively feel in the mouth; and a pleasant grassy herbal bitterness to finish. Much better than I was expecting.
