37.5cl Bottle from Bierhut. Batch #2, 4%, Hallertau Blanc. Hazy pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of a soft Gueuze, funky, light acidic, Brett, lemon, grapes. Flavour is light malty, light tart, lemon, light acidic, grapes, soft bitterness, dry. Light bodied. Easy, tasty.

Bottle at home, Batch #2. Sinterklaas Go Home!! Tasting. Unclear pale yellow with massive white head. Sweet malts, hay, wheat, hopflowers, dough, yoghurt, mild spices, coleslaw, light lemon fruity and dandelion floral, bretty blanket. Moderate sweet and bitter, delicious tart notes. Medium body and quite some bubbly carbonation. A bit watery in the aroma’s here and there but at the same time a very easy drinking and very nice (table) beer with an old world farmhouse feel.
