Week old pint can A: Poured a short dark tan head over an almost pitch black body. Fair retention and sheets of lace. S: Light sweet scent of mainly milk chocolate and creamy coffee. T: Roasty, bitter and slightly creamy with roast grains, strong coffee and a bitter dark chocolate and faint tart fruit aftertaste. M: Deceptively thin for its strength, slick and slightly astringent. Average carbonation and somewhat dry finish. O: Nice, balanced flavors and inviting aroma. Overall though, nothing really stands out. Expensive too, so not a repeat buy.

Black with a small tan head. Aroma of bourbon, oak, vanilla, chocolate, cola notes and coffee. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
