Pours clear gold with a quickly fading head.Nose shows grape notes, hints of lemon, elderflower, gooseberries and some funk.Flavours include lemon, a bit of funk, soft herbal notes, peach and a slight tang in the very dry finish.Carbonation is a bit lacking.

Bottle. Yellow with a wisp of white head. Funky aroma with pears, apricots, crackers, twiggy spices. A bit slippery but pretty light bodied with low carbonation. Fruity with a quite woody finish. Some spices at the end, little bitterness. Another moody and involving one - perhaps a little more acid (even in the form of bubbles) might have made it even more compelling.
