@Kirribili Hotel, Sydney. Hazy light amber. Medium head. Bright tropical fruit notes. Sweetish in a honeyish way, with more of the mandarin orange and mango notes. Moderate bitterness. Good, bright, balanced IPA.

330ml bottle from Dan Murphy’s Hurstville, Sydney. Orange golden amber colour, white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of tropical fruit, citrus, hop resin. Taste is malt caramel with passionfruit, citrus grapefruit and pine hoppy earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry bitter finish. Very drinkable.

(Bottle) Slightly hazy amber with decent loose white head. Lovely aroma - mix of tangy fruit notes, predominantly citrus, with some pine hints. Medium body well carbonated. Good taste, starts off with similar tangy fruity notes to the aroma, but this quickly develops with some sweet light malts appearing, quickly followed by some very distinctive, but not very aggressive, hoppy bitterness. Very nice IPA.

From a 330ml bottle on 28/5/2015. Pours a light golden with a medium head. Has a quite strong aroma of passionfruit, lychee and mango. The flavour is super fruity - oodles of citrus (mandarin), stone (apricot, peach) and tropical (passionfruit, pineapple), along with some pale malt, with a sticky grapefruity hop bitterness finishing things off. Medium to full body with lively carbonation. A very enjoyable fruit driven IPA.

Growler. Hazy amber with a white head. Kumquat and pine aroma with peach and mandarins. Creamy texture. Sweet and peachy with citrus and pine whomping in at the rather bitter end. I’m in the "if it’s really fruity it better have plenty of bitterness" camp. And this suits me fine.

Muted aromas of citrus, pine, stone fruit and a little ash. There’s a pronounced bitterness in the mouth which could probably be dialled back a bit but overall it’s nice and would really rock a Hot Summer’s day.
