East or West? In the name of experimentation we have created a version of each style, brewed with the same quantities of Loral, Citra, Summit, Chinook and Zeus hops, but using different yeast for each.
Our East Coast version brings a typical haze for the style with juicy hops, low-bitterness and a smooth, soft finish.
Our West Coast version pours brighter with a pronounced and assertive bitterness as well as notes of citrus and pine.

Can at home in Hackney - sourced from All Good Beer HD. Pours unclear yellow-gold with a frothy, white head. Light to medium sweet flavour, somewhat juicy, notes of tangerine, lemon rind, melon, a little rindy bitterness, background pale bread. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Moderate sweetness in the finish, notes of white grape, more tangerine, subtle rindy bitterness, pale malts. Very drinkable stuff.

440ml can from Hoppily. Poured a hazy golden straw colour with a short-lived fizzy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light caramel, stone fruit, tropical citrus, pineapple. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a super fresh, crisp, juicy citrus, light floral, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
