As Dubbel Franc Sour, so maybe the same beer but also maybe not. Bright amber, thin head. The aroma…is different. Okay it’s mostly cab franc, and brutish French oak, light esters. It’s tart, lactic with a bit of acetic, but a bit heavy on that front. The grape juice is big, seems like a cover up. Well they took a dubbel and de-dubbeled it so I imagine something was wrong. But since I can’t tell what was wrong I suppose it’s mission accomplished! Not the best beer but it’s okay.

On tap at Kind, pours a clear reddish chestnut brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out booze, some perfume, esters and bubblegum. Flavour is messed up, with perfume, some cleaner notes, booze, and some bubblegum esters. All sorts of things wrong here. Boozy, perfumey, infected with something. Awful.

Has a soft floral caramel aroma, a weak copper liquid with no foam awaits you. Flavour is soft wood and citrus of no distinction. Mouthfeel is a little watery. It's a boring wet mess.
