Can, enormous thanks Fil for bringing this one to Plzeň and sharing with us! Not sure this is exactly the same as the 2020 Luminosa with Brett, leaving it up to the Canadian admins to decide.
Hazy full yellow body, off-white head. Tart white wine notes in the aroma, esters, bit creamy and sweetish. Lean, dry taste, white wine, bit floral, some pineapple notes, peppery, but hugely bitter and astringent in the finish sadly, bringing the whole experience down a lot.

6oz pour at the brewery. Pours murky yellow with a white head. Brett and musty orange peels on the nose. Flavour has rustic yeast, gentle phenols, tart citrus peels. A bit dirty and cluttered; not bad but not great.

Very soft wood and apricot on the nose, has foggy gold body with modest foam. Flavour is bright chewy cereal, dry and nuanced, farmhouse grain for the cows with some malty champagne notes. Mouthfeel is full and crisp. I found this enjoyable, very well balanced.

On tap at Luppolo, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle brett funk upfront, with saison yeast, and some grainy notes. Flavour is quite grainy, with lots of bugs, some rustic notes, and dry grainy notes. Nice gentle inoculation of brett, which makes this better than the original.

Draught at the brewery; it says "with Brett", not sure if it's the same, and 6% ABV
Blond colour, cloudy, dull. Some Brett smell, wine, foot. The mouthfeel is slightly oily, there is some Saison yeast spice and some Brett, also some vegetable bitterness.
Quite clumsy.

Not sure if this is different from the Luminosa already listed that doesn't mention brett, but either way it's new to me. Hazy. Light colour, with a hint of plasticy esters. It has light brett that shows mostly in the finish, and lends some dryness, which I think this beer needs.
