The aroma is soft grain of no distinction, has great foam on a clear gold body. Flavour is this odd milky flavour, probably the rice, mozzarella and cheese, could have something to do with the barrel used. There's also a cheesy aftertaste. It's odd and unique can't say I really like it, the barrel they used might have been too young.

On tap at Luppolo, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of red wine barrels, a little oak, and biscuity malt. Flavour reveals a little diacetyl upfront, with subdued red wine barrels, and biscuity malt. Vegetal and somewhat buttery. Not very enthused about this.

Slight haze. Maybe a touch of brett on the nose, and a sort of fruitiness, too. Not sure where that's coming from. On the palate, it's got a decent amount of bitterness, a woody accent - tannins at least - so this ends up with a happy complexity.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy blond colour. Smells a bit, spilled wine and feet. Dry mouthfeel, crisp malt; the Brett and mild venous character then sneaks in, and it's decisively unnecessary.
Ok beer, but not an experiment that I would care for again.
