Pull the tab and take off! A big hop nose and bright mouthfeel give way to sweet citrus hop flavours, accented with a hint of pine. A punchy hop aroma gives way to a mellow malt profile, making Bottle Rocket the perfect sessionable brew for those with an affinity for hops!
Unlike its big cousin IPA, this beer is lighter in body, but still packs a hop blast sure to satisfy even the most seasoned hoprotechnician!

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a nearly clear golden with a small off-white head. Aroma is very subtle, with a little straw, cereal and lemon. Flavour is very lemony and dry, with notes of straw, cereal malts, and a slight sweetness. Easy drinking, finishing with slightly sweet cereal malts. Nothing very interesting but decent enough.

Can. Pours a cloudy yellow brown. Aromas of lemon and pine. Flavors are similar though quite thin. Not much malt/body, and no lasting flavor. The equivalent of a Coors Lite of IPAs. Definitely sessionable. Quaffable by the ton. One can crush the can against one’s forehead when finished.
