Smells of soft floral wheat, has milky yellow body with modest foam. Flavour is muddy wheat grain with soft citrus notes. Good full mouthfeel. Decent.

Hazy pale yellow. Thin head. Light, wheaty, mellow brett. This is what happens when a good brewery makes a “starter” beer.

Draught at the brewery
Pale blond colour, murky, compact and persistent head. Nice aroma, mildly funky. The mouthfeel is rather dry, pleasant light acidity, but it's also too chalky, and therefore the final is too astringent, undermining the qualities of hop and yeast. Light citrus character.
Dirty.
