Fairly hazy orange with an off white head. Aroma of peppery saison yeast, citrus, herbs and malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draught @ the source. Hazy orange with small off-white creamy head, faint citrus aroma, medium carbonation, lightly bitter taste with vanilla like flavor, smooth body, long vanilla/caramel finish. Very smooth and tasty, reminiscent of an abbey dubbel.

Tap at the Brewpub. Poured a hazy light amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is Belgian yeast, mineral grainy light fruit with a dry yeasty bitter flavour and a crisp light yeasty, light spiced palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
