Has okay foam and a medium semi-cloudy gold body, soft sharp hay on the nose. Flavour is slightly bitter yeast and hay funk. Dry finish. Very nice for the low alcohol, flavourful and funky.

Slight hazy, has a fairly bright brett note, light body, so the brett is the biggest characteristic.

On tap at Luppolo, pours a hazy pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light brett, rustic saison yeast, and light hay. Flavour is much along the same lines, with hay, light brett, and rustic saison yeast. A little estery and floral on the finish. Light but with plenty of character. Good stuff.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy to cloudy blond colour with large compact head. Moderate funk, low carbonation, touch of chardonnay in the nose, but of astringency and grapefruit peel in the finish.
Delicate, very nice.

Taster shared with Alex. Appearance: almost clear blonde with a white head. Aroma: a bit funky and fruity, pretty clean. Taste: along the same lines with malty and bready notes. Overall: good.
