Very pale, medium head. Has some odd spice notes...lemon rind, cardamon type things. Soft body, light tartness, orange notes, quite balanced but this is not my favourite flavour combo.

Bottle pour at Weathered, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of celery, gin barrels, and some sour fruits. Flavour is along the same lines, with gin barrels upfront, gentle acidity, and celery. Too much gin and herbal notes. Re-rate of this: much better; the wild yeast seems to have eaten up a lot of the celery and gin character, leaving a nice wild, rustic character.

Taster on Weathered. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: sweet and a it sour, fruity character, cocktail like smell. Taste: along the same lines, a bit dry, not acidic. Overall: this is one is pretty good cocktail inspired beer.

Draught at the brewery
Pale blond colour, clean. It tastes like a mix of mild beer and spirit (gin?), a bit botanical, mint too, touch of fennel, and cloying after all.
Not very interested in this weird one.

The aroma is wet lagery hops, has clear yellow body with little foam. Flavour is floral sweet hop character. Smooth and unique, not bad, but certainly different. Mouthfeel is full. I find this neither here nor there, smooth and fruity but missing something.
