Those used to three week old, heavily filtered lagers made from ingredients other than malt - ours might surprise. All-malt mash and no filtration means at least six weel old beer. Hallertau Hops and genuine Bavarian Yeast add up to a Lager in it's purest form.

Clear yellow body and tiny foam, soft lager notes on the nose. Flavour is a dry grain kick with soft lager hints. Crisp enough on the mouth. Mediocre but probably works for the clientele here.

On tap at Whistler, pours a clear dull yellow with a small white head. Nose is clean, with biscuity malt and light spicy grassy hops. Flavour brings out spicy grassy notes and a dry crisp crackery malt. Dry and grassy, with a light spiciness. Clean and drinkable. Nice stuff.

On tap. Pours a clear yellow with little head. Light malty aroma. Flavours are also malt dominated with a hint of honey. Nice enough, a lot better than the industrial concoctions but nothing to write home about.

Draught at the brewpub, 10 IBU, 5% ABV
Pale blond color. Despite not being bold, it has some character and crispy touch. Well, among the Lagers it is quite pleasant.

Light bronze colour. Very sweet, toasty character. The body is oily and underattenuated. Stuck fermentation? Whatever it is, this beer was not ready for sale but they sold it to me anyway.
