Tap at 100 piv. The commercial description is quite spot on. My expectation would be that the balance will be completely off with conflicting caramel maltiness and hops, but it works well. The maltiness is rather soft, toffeeish, nutty. On the other hand hops is quite crisp and fresh, exotic, citrusy, resiny. Good one, easy drinking.

Can from Bottle Baron. Hazy brown body with a huge off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pine, toffee apple and flat Coca-Cola. Flavour of grapefruit, caramel and tinned orange. Thin to medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. It’s a touch too sharp in my opinion but this is a decent hoppy Brown Ale.

0.33 bottle in Munich. Light brown ale, thick lacy head. Nose of caramel and fruity hops. Sweet taste belies the caramel malt and residual sugar. A little hint of that piney, dank West coast hop aroma. A little too bitter/astringent for me, but nevertheless well balanced.

330ml bottle; well in date when drank at home on 31st Aug 18, sat on the patio in the late afternoon sun. Red hue to the brown body, the head a beige affair. Malty molasses and tropical fruits in the nose, the taste similar with caramel and peaches to the fore, nice.
