Hazy golden and lightly orange coloured body with a thinnish, very pale white head that fades quite quickly. Aroma of coriander seed, light corn, a dose of curacao, some good amount of cloves with a solid and funky yeast and wheat bite that hits nicely. Light-bodied; Strong coriander seed flavour at first with a nice wheat and funky spice note showing some subdued curacao and full orange notes with a dose of hay and flowers towards the end. Aftertaste shows the grain and more malty/wheatie side of this with a dash of curacao and coriander seed freshness towards the very end. The light amount of sugars comes through at the end, but this finishes nice and easy. Overall, a solid and enjoyable, while being thoroughly refreshing, especially in the Vietnamese heat. I sampled this stubby, 33 cL bottle purchased from Circle K (Le Than Don 165-167) for 74,000VND in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on 08-August-2019 sampled a day later on my 10th wedding anniversary in HCMC, Vietnam on 09-August-2019.

On tap at Urban Basement, pours a hazy golden with a medium white foamy head. Aroma brings out light wheat and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is clean and subdued, with soft biscuity malt and a touch of wheat. Light bitterness on the finish. Pleasant but uninteresting.

Tap at Biacraft, District 3, HCMC. Poured a clear light copper colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, citrus hop, light banana. The flavour is light bitter with a light fresh fruity light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Not a great example of the style but rather hoppy and drinkable all the same.
