Purple! Some haze, no much head. Mostly autolyzed yeast on the nose. Tart, more berryish than floral. Yeasty kettle sour with a light berry note.

Deep Purple body and little head, big sweet ginger and cleaning products from a low budget Thai youth hostel on the nose. A bit of hibiscus tea in there too, the kind they pour from a water jug cooled over ice that you have in the morning with your banana pancakes. Flavour is heavy earthy cinnamon, floral notes, maybe lavender in there too. The sweet cinnamon saves it, makes it tolerable. Just like that week in Chang Mai I spent with that girl named Cinnamon... definitely tolerable.
