A Clean, classic German-Style Pilsner brewed using one of the most rare and exquisite German barleys, ‘Barke Pilsner Malt’ - with its wonderful lightly toasted flavours held up by a delicate bitterness from ‘Spalt Select’ a clean savoury German noble hop.

Gold, not much head, lots of noble hop, a fair bit of sweetness. Seems czech, some sulphur, malts are a bit sticky. Not 100% my pocket of pilsner but not bad.

Hazy pale blond colour, small head. Some aroma of malt, ok, not bad. Decent malt flavour, delicate, sweetish, with a touch of hay and honey; correct bitterness, although no special hop character appears.
Actually decent.

On tap. 4.3%. Pours amber with lots of carbonation but little head. Aromas of grainy malts. Flavors follow same with fruity sweetness. Malty

Smells of sweet honey sugar. Has medium gold with modest head. Flavour is average sweet grain, mouthfeel is full I suppose. This is very mediocre.
