We’ve taken organic apple cider and imbued it with orange bitters, fresh rosemary, and Legend Distilling Manitou Orange & Sumac Liquer. The result is a cider with a big aromatic nose, hints of spice on the tongue, and a full dry finish that is great on its own, mixed into cocktails, or served with food.

750 ml bottle. Pours a hay color. Aromas of sharp apple, orange peel and grapes. Flavors follow same with bitter orange and soft rosemary. Good.

This is cider infused with orange booze and rosemary booze. The rosemary pops on the nose. The cider actually leads on the palate. Rosemary is a nice accent in the finish. Orange is subtle. Not an approach that sounds like quality but the end result is enjoyable.

750mL bottle, pours a clear dark orange with a small white head. Nose is full of rosemary upfront, followed by orange and sweet apples. Flavour is much less spicy and more sweet, with plenty of orange zest and medium-high sweet apples. Not any complexity or flavour depth. Another weak, adjunct-laden, overly sweet, un-complex BC cider.

Smells of nice orange zest and rosemary on the nose as advertised, though it also starts to meld into soya sauce after awhile. Has a simple clear orange body with no foam. Flavour is nice rosemary, balances well with the bitter orange and works well together. Crisp on the mouth. There's a good blend here, nice balanced.
