We were fortunate to get our hands on a few hundred litres of crab apple juice, which we blended into our regular cider base. A little more tart, and a little bit sweeter, this cider pairs well with those early autumn days!

On tap at the farm. Golden body with a bit of head, small carbonation. Soft dried apple aroma, heavy on the soft. Flavour is sweet apples with white wine notes and dry yeastiness poking through. Dry finish. A good cider, not too complex but well crafted.

Light gold. Earthy apples and slight sulphur. Has a nice earthiness, some body, lots of juice and some wonky fermentation.
