330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, copper colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Mildly piney, hoppy aroma, a spicy touch of green pepper, sweet-ish, biscuity malty background. Taste is mildly, bitter hoppy, slightly peppery spicy, hints of green pepper, minimally sweet, biscuity malty basis; smooth, minimally creamy palate.

Jun ’16. A 0.75 l bottle. It poured hazy golden-amber body with medium sized head. Lightly hoppy fruity aroma, some fruity peach and floral. Flavor, similarly, a bit sweet, fruity, especially peach, flowers, apricot, vanilla, banana, bubblegum, pepper spicy. Pretty high carbonation. Medium to full body with moderately long finish, fruity and pleasant. Tiny herbal bitterness here. A fine beer, but the brewery got me used to something twisted and peculiar, while this is just "ordinary". Also, got more Belgian feel than American, lacked bitterness. But quite enjoyable anyhow.

Small sample at Mitsui Food Show, Yokohama. Pours nice golden, just a hint of white foam. Aroma is fresh and hoppy, with a herbal malty backbone. Tastes also refreshing, hops are not weak - but the malty and herbal-feelingbody is even stronger, making this beer somewhat heavy. I guess I should really pair it with some food, just as it is, it is still good but not very easygoing.

Appearance- dark amber, quite clear, a big white head which settles down quickly. Aroma- marmalade, orange, pineapples hints, quite a lot of apple juice, caramel malt undertones. Taste- apple, grape juice, lemon and zesty fruit hints, apple and rhubarb crumble, orange peel, orange marmalade, spices, sweet malts, sugary stewed fruit. Not much bitterness, short finish. Refreshing.
