Very hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry, a fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts, mildly sweet. Pithy hops. Yellow grapefruit. Tangy bitterness. Flinty minerally dry crisp finish. It's fine but more pithy than I would like and it doesn't taste like Mosaic bothered to turn up.

On tap at the brewery. Has a great grapefruit aroma, soft white head and cloudy orange body. Flavour is crisp vegetable hoppiness. Nice oiliness. A decent mix of flavours going on here.
