Mellow hops on the nose with a slight creamy head and fog on the body. Flavour is yeast and peach, sweet and sharp. Wet finish. Good drinker on a warm day.

Draft. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and lemons. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and fruits, leading to a dry finish.

400ml draught at Cafe Sånn. Dissipating pearl white head, misty warm golden body, clingy lacing. Mild caramel and floral hops on the nose. Fine blended taste of peaches, bread and mid-sweet caramel. Smooth malt-fruity end with discreet bitterness. Soft in the mouth. Tasty and refreshing. (Tromsø 02.02.2018).

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours deep loaded gold, crisp, with quite gross irregular white foam. Aroma is flowery and malty. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is fairly sweet, with limited bitterness. Only a little bit in the finish, which is relatively long.

On tap @ Både &. Unclear golden body with a moderate sized off-white head. A bit weak aroma, some malt, caramel and fruit. Flavor is as expected mild and smooth with almost surprisingly freshness, some fruit and low bitterness. Medium body and aftertaste. A pretty straight forward, nice steam beer.

Small shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry grainy, weeds, hay, dried grain, minerals, paper, cereal. Taste is mineraly, weeds, minerals, grass, dried grain, metal tank, paper, flowers. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Boring.

Pours slightly hazy golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grain, floral, corn and citrus. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long grainy, corn, floral and citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap at Bakgården Både & 060716 . Golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is butterscotsch, malt, hop. Flavour is butterscotsch, malt, hop, bread, caramel. OK easy drinkable and well made from Ægir.

On tap at Både&. A small, dense, off-white head sits patiently on a hazy, golden-colored body. Bready malts and hints of caramel makes up most of the aroma, with a pleasant generic fruityness in the mix. It’s medium bodied and a bit heavy on the carbonation, semi-dry and with some bitterness to cut the little sweetness there is. Caramel and bread with some fruit flavor, all lasting for a good while. Steam beers are never the most exciting drink to pour down the throat, but this is nevertheless a tasteful and easy drinkable beer I could have more often. 160703
