A honey hibiscus kolsch made with local keys honey and hibiscus. A light refreshing keezy breezy beer with a slight tartness/ fruitiness from the hibiscus and sweetness from honey. Traditionally a German style beer that can only be made using barley, hops, water and yeast. We completely destroyed the purity law and complimented a German style kolsch with honey and hibiscus. We named it Iguana Bait because, the local iguanas favorite meal are big beautiful hibiscus.

Hazy amber with a two-finger head. Aroma is grains and malts. Taste is also grains and malts.

12oz can picked up at Total Wine. Pours clear light golden/rose with a medium sized off-white head that dissipates quickly, light lacing. Ripe fruit, grainy, dough, honey. Ok

On tap at Sloppy Joe’s. Pours copper. Cherry, grain, floral, hint of sulfur. Medium body. Fine.

Draft sampler at the 2023 Rocky Water Brew Fest. Cloudy gold color with a white head and good retention. Light caramel flavor. Tastes kind of like an ESB? Decent overall.

Some sourish hibiscus here. Certainly not much of a kolsch, but then again what is a kolsch anyway. Light tangy finish.

Has a soft hops aroma with some sourness. Watery clear gold body, no head. Flavour is soft sweet grain and a bit of rosewater. Medium sugary mouthfeel. Not too interesting.
